There is no doubt about it – we are often given accolades, by our staff, by doctors, and above all by our customers. Accolades for advice, prizes for products and services, awards for innovation. And we’re very glad to receive them. But what awards really represent to us is a challenge to become even better. Better for you, our customers. We like to get involved in surveys and contests so that we can tailor our products and services even more closely to your requirements.   Over recent years SBK has achieved outstanding results in numerous competitions and surveys. In terms of customer orientation and customer satisfaction, SBK topped the list once again in 2011, winning the health insurance category in “Germany’s most customer-oriented service provider”. In the overall ranking of more than 100 service providers across all industries, SBK reached the third place. 

 

The prestigious “Customer Monitor Germany” survey investigates customer satisfaction across a range of different industries. In 2010 SBK was one of the best-performing health insurers for the forth year running. 

 

Fully satisfied customers are what give us our success. In the judgement of policyholders, SBK beats all the other insurers. This was one significant finding of the Policyholder Barometer organised by M+M Management + Marketing Consulting in March 2011.

 

On top of all that we were judged one of the best 100 employers in Germany for the fourth year in a row. If an employer is good, then its employees will be wholeheartedly committed. SBK takes part in the “Germany’s Best Employers” competition in order to find out where we stand – and where we can improve. 

 

SBK is one of the best 20 big employers in Europe and is the best health insurance in Europe. Within the ranking „Best Workplaces in Europe 2010“ we have reached position 19 in the field of companies over 500 employees.

 

Since 12 years we are regularly surveying our customers. The recent survey once again shows that SBK customers are satisfied above average, and that they are willingly recommending SBK. Very well judged is SBK's customer service SBK - it is the best of all health insurances.*
