Home care consultation
To ensure you receive the best possible advice and support when it comes to care at home
During a home care consultation, a qualified care professional will visit you at home on a regular basis. The aim is to improve home care and support the carer. You and your carer will receive personalised advice, including tips and information to make providing care at home easier.
How does a home care consultation take place?
The home care consultation takes place either at your home or, if you prefer, conveniently via video. It is helpful if the carer is present during the consultation. The first consultation at the start of the care period always takes place at your home. Thereafter, every second consultation can be conducted via video. This arrangement currently applies until 31 March 2027.
How often are home care consultations scheduled?
The table provides an overview of how frequently a home care consultation must take place.
