    You can reach the SBK Long-Term Care Consultation Service from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (free of charge within Germany).

    How the consultation process takes place

    The SBK Long-Term Care Consultation Service focuses on you and your individual needs. For us, it is very important to support you in this situation and provide you with the best possible advice. We will answer your specific questions in a personal consultation and give you an overview of all the topics relevant to your care.

    Our SBK Long-Term Care Consultants will work with you to draw up a care plan. We will help you apply for care services, including a care level. You will also receive valuable tips on further financial assistance.

    The focus is on your individual questions. In addition, you will receive information on the following topics:

  • Support services for family carers (e.g. in the form of care training courses)
