7Mind is a mindfulness app with over 1,000 meditations and relaxation exercises for greater well-being and peace of mind. Get your free access and improve your stress management skills with certified prevention courses. By actively participating in one of the prevention courses, you also get unlimited access to 7Mind Plus with meditations, sleep stories, mini-sessions for the workplace, relaxation exercises, sounds, and courses on personal and professional development.
How the 7Mind app works
7Mind offers easy navigation across three categories: Library, Coach, and Personal Profile. The Library contains all courses and individual meditations. They are divided into different areas of life so that you can find the right support for every situation:
Contents, courses, and modules
In the Coach section, your personal meditation buddy is there to help you develop a regular mindfulness routine. Whenever you open the app, they will remind you which course you are currently on or suggest further exercises. In Coach, you can also see which meditations you have already completed.
In your profile, you can track your personal progress: How many minutes and days in a row have you meditated? How many meditations have you already completed? Here you can also activate the 7Minder, which sends you several mindfulness prompts per day via push notification to your smartphone if you wish. To help you get into a regular routine, the app will also send you a daily reminder. Would you like to meditate in another language? You can change this in your profile – the 7Mind app is available in German, English, French, and Dutch.
Prevention courses in the 7Mind app
The 7Mind prevention courses “Mindfulness-based stress management” and “Resilience in dealing with stress” can be found as a separate category in the app and are available to all users. You can choose one of the two prevention courses and, if you actively use the prevention courses, you will unlock the 7Mind Plus version for yourself and receive 12 months of free access to the entire media library of the 7Mind app. The courses at a glance:
The new ABSM prevention course for parents is primarily aimed at parents navigating everyday family life. Expectant parents are also welcome to take a first look, but the focus is on practical tips for life with children. Participants learn to recognize stress signals early and to gradually develop sustainable routines for more relaxation. Mindfulness plays a central role: it helps parents handle challenging situations more calmly and set long-term goals for a more balanced, stress-free daily life.

In this online course, you will learn how to improve your sleep quality and establish routines that will help you get a good night's sleep. In eight modules, each lasting around 60 minutes, you will learn more about how to deal with sleep problems in a healthy way, how to prevent long-term sleep difficulties, and how to find relaxation in everyday life.
Here's what you can expect:
This course accompanies you on your journey to a smoke-free, more mindful life. In eight modules, you can expect audio episodes of approximately 30 minutes each, in which you will deal intensively with a specific topic. You will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also put it into practice with practical reflections and guided mindfulness exercises. In addition, you will receive an accompanying email for each module with quiz questions, handouts, and worksheets to reinforce what you have learned.

This course consists of eight 50-minute modules and combines practical meditation exercises with theory on individual stress experiences, self-compassion, and dealing with difficult situations. Additional work materials and quizzes help participants apply what they have learned in everyday life and improve their ability to cope with stress.
