How FEMNA Care works
When it comes to complaints related to the female cycle, doctors often don't have enough time to provide in-depth advice. FEMNA Care fills this gap with a personalized program tailored to your individual needs and a holistic approach to therapy.
During the FEMNA Care journey, you will receive up to three 30-minute tele-coaching sessions with trained medical staff via video or telephone. All appointments can be arranged using the booking tool. In addition, you can draw on comprehensive expert knowledge and practical everyday aids.

FEMNA Care supports you with these complaints
FEMNA Care also supports you if you are unable to identify your symptoms. Even without a diagnosis, you can choose the module that is right for you. FEMNA Care includes modules on the following topics:
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) refers to recurring physical and emotional symptoms that occur in the second half of the menstrual cycle. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) involves particularly severe emotional symptoms.
Period pain (dysmenorrhea) is discomfort in the lower abdomen a few days before, during, and after your period. It is often accompanied by fatigue, headaches, nausea, digestive issues, and back pain.
Endometriosis is a chronic and painful condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus can grow in other parts of the body. This can lead to blood accumulation, causing cysts and inflammation. Because the symptoms are varied, the condition is often diagnosed late.
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a metabolic disorder in which sex hormones that regulate the female cycle become imbalanced. Common signs of PCOS include irregular or absent ovulation, as well as symptoms such as weight gain, acne, and increased hair growth.
Menopause refers to the physical and hormonal changes at the end of a woman’s reproductive years. It begins with perimenopause, during which the production of the hormones progesterone and estrogen starts to decline slightly, causing fluctuations in the menstrual cycle. During the following perimenopause, hormone production decreases more significantly, and ovarian function gradually declines over up to ten years, until menstruation finally stops after the last period (postmenopause).
Perimenopause typically begins in the early to mid-40s and can bring common menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and heavy bleeding. Other possible symptoms include high blood pressure, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and chronic pain.
