    Better understanding fatigue

The app records important indicators using scientifically supported questionnaires. If you wish, you can also integrate health data such as step counters, sleep records, and stress level meters recorded by your smartphone or smartwatch. This creates comprehensive documentation of your everyday life with fatigue. Information about prescribed medications and their effects can also be stored here. You can then download this data as a PDF for your doctor's office—an important basis for therapy.

    Digital support in everyday life

The app was developed in close collaboration with patients and experts from the fields of medicine and science. They developed easy-to-use exercises for everyday life, depending on the underlying condition. As a fatigue patient, you can do the exercises whenever you want. This means you can tailor them entirely to your personal needs. The Fimo Health app is an innovative pioneer in self-determined, non-medicinal therapy for fatigue.
