How the health check works
Make a conscious effort to set aside time for your health and gain a personalised overview. The health check helps you to better understand your health and take targeted action.
At the start of the check, your personal check ID is automatically generated. You can save this to access your results again later. Next provide some personal details such as your gender, age, height and weight. Then select the health topics that are relevant to you. You decide for yourself whether to focus on a single topic initially or to look at several areas at once. You can choose up to five topics:
Mental health: How you’re feeling emotionally and how you cope with everyday stress.
Cardiovascular health: Everything to do with the heart and blood vessels as well as potential risk factors such as high blood pressure.
Musculoskeletal health: Everything about mobility, posture and problems with the back, joints and muscles.
Women’s health: Useful information on women’s health issues and preventative check-ups.
Cancer screening: A personalised assessment of your risk factors and information on early detection options.
You will then be guided step by step through a series of questions. These cover your general health, lifestyle habits, medication and family medical history. You can see at any time which part of the questionnaire you are currently on. If necessary, you can access additional information or skip individual questions.
