As a SBK policyholder between the ages of 35 and 65, you can use the Adon Care Plus platform free of charge for twelve months. If the medical questionnaire indicates that you may have lower testosterone levels, the service also includes a home blood sample collection with laboratory analysis and a video consultation with a doctor. Any further examinations and consultations will depend on your test results and your doctor's assessment.
