Objection to the SBK electronic patient record

There are two ways to object to the ePA – you decide what works for you.

1. You object to the storage of health insurance billing data in the ePA. An ePA will therefore be created for you that does not contain any billed services. You can use all additional functions and benefits of the ePA. You can find all benefits here.

2. You object to the creation of an ePA. Please note that any data in your ePA will be deleted after 28 days. If you would like to use an ePA in the future, you can quickly and easily cancel your objection yourself in the SBK electronic patient record.

If you have already submitted an objection to the ePA, you do not need to do anything further. We have noted your objection and will not create an ePA for you.

You can object directly in your Meine SBK app. Alternatively, you can also contact us by telephone from Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm on the toll-free number 0800 072 572 570 20
