Chronic diseases

For common diagnoses there is the SBK-MedPlus disease management program

For the diagnoses of asthma, breast cancer, COPD, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and coronary heart disease, there are the so-called MedPlus disease management programs (DMP). These programs are designed to optimize treatment as much as possible. In addition, a wide range of support services are available to make everyday life easier for patients.
