Widespread yet little known: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) leads to a narrowing of the airways and a permanent loss of lung function. The main cause of this incurable disease is smoking.

Participation in MedPlus is free of charge if you wish. For legal reasons, a declaration of participation is required.
How to participate in MedPlus COPD
If you would like to participate in MedPlus, please contact your personal SBK consultant. We will be happy to send you our customer information.
Enrollment and completion of the declaration of participation take place at your doctor’s practice. After registration, your doctor will create a treatment plan together with you and explain the content and options in detail. Your previous medical history will be documented and the next treatment steps will be planned, for example when specific examinations are advisable.
