Participation in MedPlus is free if you wish. For legal reasons, a declaration of participation is required.

Medication and therapy options are precisely tailored to you and the course of your disease. Your ability to manage the condition is strengthened so that you can cope more easily in everyday life.

Enrollment and completion of the declaration of participation take place at your doctor’s practice. After registration, your doctor will create a treatment plan together with you and explain the content and options in detail. Your previous medical history will be documented and the next treatment steps will be planned, for example when specific examinations are advisable.
