MedPlus: Quality assurance

MedPlus is a high-quality treatment program

As part of the SBK-MedPlus disease management program (DMP), people with certain chronic conditions receive optimal, coordinated treatment. They receive regular information letters and brochures on specific topics related to their condition. In addition, participants in the program receive reminders of appointments and check-ups, for example for an annual eye exam and foot check for type 2 diabetes.

The quality reports for the DMP indications asthma, COPD, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease (CHD), and osteopathy contain information on how we have supported program participants.
