Simply let them know what you need by phone or online. 4sigma will take care of the arrangements, leaving you more time for what matters to you.

Our partner 4sigma helps you find appointments at specialist's practices as well as for occupational therapy, speech therapy and physiotherapy. You can also specify your preferences – for example, regarding a particular practice, a time period or the search radius. You can use the appointment booking service online or by phone.

Once your request has been received, 4sigma will search for suitable practitioners as quickly as possible. Up to nine suitable practices will be contacted. As soon as an appointment is found that meets your requirements, the next available slot will be booked for you. You will be notified by phone, text message or email. 

Important: The more specific your requirements are – for example, a particular practice or time – the more difficult it will be to book an appointment at short notice. If no appointment is initially available, our partner will continue to assist you with your search. On request, you will also receive contact details for suitable practices.

To help you keep track of your appointment, we offer a reminder service via email or text message. You will receive a reminder message, containing all the important details, the day before your scheduled appointment. You can also contact the practice directly if you are ultimately unable to attend the appointment.
