Support regarding payments

In certain cases, you as a customer pay money directly to the health insurance fund. This is the case, for example, if you are voluntarily insured and pay your own contributions, or if you have to make additional payments for hospital stays or travel expenses. However, it may also happen that sickness benefits or nursing care benefits have been overpaid and money must then be repaid to us.
