You will receive a total of up to two subsidies of €80 each per calendar year from us.

This applies to both health breaks and certified health classes (i.e., up to €160 in subsidies per year).

Simply upload your documents for the subsidy to the Meine SBK app, and we will immediately transfer the reimbursement amount to your account.

Inner balance with SBK health breaks

Treat your back to some spinal exercises, get moving again, or learn how to relax actively! In attractive partner hotels in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, you can recharge your batteries under professional guidance and focus specifically on your health.

Health breaks only take place in selected partner hotels and clinics. The facilities and their offerings therefore guarantee high quality.

Please note that participation in the health program is the main focus of health breaks.

Of course, friends or partners who are not insured with us can also take part in this offer. However, they will not receive a subsidy from us.

What costs does SBK cover?

You will receive a total of up to two subsidies of €80 each per calendar year from us. This applies to both health brekas and certified health classes (i.e., up to €160 in subsidies per year).

How to receive your subsidy:

You can book the offer directly through the provider. At the partner hotel, you will receive a certificate of participation for the health class. Please submit this to us after your stay.

Simply upload the completed certificate of participation to the Meine SBK app. Alternatively, you can send your documents by mail. You will find our address and a prepaid envelope here. Once we have received your certificate of participation, we will immediately transfer the reimbursement amount to your account.
