How to receive your subsidy
You can book the offer directly through the provider. At the partner hotel, you will receive a certificate of participation for the health course. Please submit this to us after your stay.
Simply upload the completed certificate of participation to the Meine SBK app. Alternatively, you can send your documents by mail. You will find our address and a prepaid envelope here. Once we have received your certificate of participation, we will immediately transfer the reimbursement amount to your account.
