Use our extensive range of health courses for prevention
The simple formula for prevention is: Move a lot, relax, and eat healthily. There is a lot you can do to stay healthy and fit. With SBK’s health courses, such as back exercises, yoga, various nutrition courses, or smoking cessation programs, it becomes even easier. You can choose between on-site courses in a fixed training group or online courses. This way, you can incorporate your course into your daily routine flexibly, regardless of course schedules.
Find health courses on-site
If you want to take a health course, you can search for suitable courses in our course search. It includes over 135,000 qualified courses nationwide. For better results, you can narrow the search to a specific topic area. There’s certainly something suitable near you. If you have any questions, such as specific dates or course costs, please contact the course provider directly.
Online health courses
We also subsidize selected online offerings for optimal health prevention. Detailed information about these and the topics covered in online health courses can be found here
Health courses for children
It is especially important for children to learn health-conscious behavior from an early age. We particularly support this. Therefore, we cover 100% of the course fees for children up to the age of 18, up to 80 €. Children from the age of 6 can participate in health courses. Beyond that, the same conditions for subsidies apply as for adults. You can find health courses for children in the health course search by selecting "Children" or "Adolescents" under “Additional Search Criteria.”
What costs does the SBK cover?
We reimburse 75% of the course fees, up to €80, twice a year. For successful participation in a health course, you will receive an additional €20 per year through our SBK Bonus Scheme.
Requirements for a subsidy
How to receive a subsidy for a health course:
Once you have found a course, please contact the provider directly and book the desired course. You will first pay the participation fee directly to the course provider. After completing the course, print the "Participation Certificate Health Course" form and have it filled out by the course provider.
Reimbursement of course fees:
Simply upload the completed "Participation Certificate Health Course" form via the Meine SBK app. Alternatively, you can send your documents by mail. Here is our address and a free envelope. Once we receive the participation certificate, we will immediately transfer the reimbursement amount to your account.
