Frequently asked questions about SBK Bonus Scheme

Under 15 years old: The bonus program can be managed through the account of the parent with whom the children are insured. Simply select the family member you want to manage in the app.

From 15 years and older: Every insured person aged 15 and above can access and use the SBK Bonus Scheme digitally through their own Meine SBK Account.

Are you already fully registered with Meine SBK? Then it's easy: you can have your bonus paid out directly in the app.

To view and redeem your bonus credit, you need to register your mobile device. Here is how it works

If you don’t have a registered device, you can still request your bonus payout by sending us your bank account details via the secure contact form.

For data protection reasons, your existing billing records cannot be used for the bonus scheme. That’s why we need you to provide the date of treatment and details of the medical practice or facility.
