Because it's the only way to build trust – with our insured members, partners and employees. For us, this includes, among other things:

If you suspect that something isn't right, please don't hesitate to get in touch – whether you're an insured member or an external party. Every report helps us identify misconduct at an early stage. We review every report carefully.
Good to know:
We treat all reports in strict confidence, in line with data protection requirements and in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz). If you wish, you can also submit your report anonymously.
