Frequently Asked Questions about Video Consultation
Joining the meeting: You will receive an appointment confirmation by email from your consultant. The email will include the login details for the online meeting. To start your video consultation, simply use the access link provided in the confirmation email.
Technical requirements: You can join the video consultation using your smartphone, computer, or tablet. A stable internet connection is required.
If you would like to use a tablet or smartphone, please install the free Cisco Webex Meetings App beforehand. You can download it from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
Authentication: At the beginning of the consultation, we will ask you to verify your identity. This step is necessary to ensure your data protection. Please have your SBK health insurance card or an official ID document (such as your identity card or passport) ready.
In case of technical problems: If technical difficulties occur during the consultation and it cannot continue, your consultant will contact you by phone or email. If your internet connection drops during the meeting, we will remain in the virtual meeting room for up to 15 minutes and wait for you to reconnect.
You can schedule your video consultation Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To help us prepare for your consultation, please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
If your requested time is not available, we will contact you in advance by phone or email so that you and your consultant can arrange an alternative appointment together.
If you need to change or cancel your video consultation appointment, please contact your assigned SBK consultant directly by phone or email. We will then confirm your new appointment or the cancellation by email.
