Our contribution rate for health insurance will be 18.4 %. This includes an additional contribution of 3.8 %. If you receive unemployment benefit or citizen's income, you do not pay health insurance contributions.

Depending on your insurance status there are different rules apply during parental leave

Contribution Assessment Limits for 2026

The amount of your contributions to health insurance depends on your income. If your income decreases, your contributions will be lower. If it increases, your contributions will rise up to a maximum limit, known as the contribution assessment limit.
