Receive your mail from us online, securely and quickly

The online mailbox is your personal inbox in Meine SBK that you can activate by yourself. If you have activated this function, you will receive your letters from us digitally. There is then no postal mailing.

Receive your mail digitally

1. Register in Meine SBK

If you want to use online post, you need a Meine SBK Account and a registered device. This ensures that your digital mail with your sensitive data is protected against unauthorized access.

 

2. Activate online post

Open Meine SBK and give your consent. You can manage your consent to the online post in My data.

 

3. Use online post

You will be informed by e-mail as soon as new online mail arrives. Please keep your e-mail address in My data up to date so that we can keep you informed. If you would also like to receive push notifications on your smartphone, please activate this in the app settings.

Special option for letters with original documents

You will continue to receive letters with documents that you need in the original by post. This applies, for example, to documents that need to be passed on to a doctor in the original.

Online post - your SBK benefits:

  • You will receive your digital mail on the same day, i.e. the day it is sent.
  • We will respond to your online inquiries within a maximum of three working days.
  • Your digital mail is archived in your online mailbox.
  • Together we protect the environment because there is no postal dispatch and no paper is used.
