Take advantage of our wide range of preventative health classes
The simple formula for preventative care is to stay active, de-stress and eat healthily. You can do a lot to stay fit and healthy. We help you with this by offering health classes such as spinal exercise classes, yoga, various nutrition classes and smoking cessation classes. You can choose between in-person classes with a fixed training group or online classes via the Internet or app. This lets you flexibly plan your classes around other commitments in your schedule without worrying about class timetables.
Health classes for kids
It’s especially important for children to learn about being health-conscious from an early age. We consider it a particular priority, which is why we cover 100 per cent of the class fees up to 80 euros for children 18 years of age and younger. Children six years of age and older can take part in health classes. In addition, the same prerequisites for subsidies apply to children as to adults.

Please note that to get the subsidy, you need to have taken part in the class on a regular basis. Health classes always count for the year in which they are started. If you take a health class as part of Health breaks, this class also counts towards the total of two subsidised classes per year. Unfortunately, we cannot subsidise classes that are included in a monthly fee for a sports club or in a similar arrangement.
