Here you will find an overview of all activities that you can submit. In addition to activities for everyone, there are also special activities for adults and children.

Active membership in a sports club or regular participation in university or company sports or sports classes (e.g. climbing or dance course)

Submit once a year = €20 bonus

Training or sports class (e.g. climbing or dance class), structured in several units under or after qualified instruction

Submit once a year = €20 bonus

Walk at least 10,000 steps on seven consecutive days

Submit twice a year = €20 bonus per submission

This activity can only be submitted when using the Bonus Scheme via Meine SBK

Obtaining a sports badge from the

German Sports Federation

and its member associations, as well as any performance badge from a sports association

Submit once a year = €20 bonus

Obtaining a swimming badge from the German Sports Federation and its member associations as well as the DLRG (German Life Saving Association)

Submit once a year = €20 bonus

Active participation in sporting events or other exercise-promoting activities that take place under qualified supervision, e.g. city runs, hiking with the DAV (German Alpine Club), or cycling tours with the ADFC (General German Bicycle Club)

Can be submitted twice a year = €20 bonus per proof of participation

Participation in certified health classes in the areas of exercise, nutrition, relaxation, smoking cessation or stress reduction

Or participation in certified online health classes

Can be submitted twice a year = €20 bonus per certificate

Recommended protective vaccinations for domestic (adults / children) and for travel

Bonus per vaccination or completed vaccination series per year

Multiple submissions possible = €5 bonus per proof

Participation in health initiatives organized by your employer

Can be submitted twice a year = €5 bonus per proof

Professional teeth cleaning

Submit once a year = €10 bonus

Preventive care at the dentist's office to maintain healthy teeth

Preventive examinations for early detection

For women: e.g., chlamydia screening from age 18, further examinations for early detection from age 20, e.g., for cervical cancer

For men: e.g., prostate examination from the age of 45, usually annually, depending on age and type of examination

Multiple submissions possible = €5 bonus per proof

Health check for early detection of diseases

Once between the ages of 18 and 34

Every three years from the age of 35

€5 bonus

Skin cancer screening

Every two years from age 35

€5 bonus

Tests for the early detection of colorectal cancer

Stool test every two years or two colonoscopies at ten-year intervals

Health checks at the pediatrician's office: U1–U11, J1, and J2

Submission once a year = €10 bonus

Preventive care at the dentist's office to maintain healthy teeth

Can be submitted twice a year = €10 bonus per proof of payment

Collect your activities digitally with your smartphone.

Have the bonus transferred directly to your bank account.

If you do not use a smartphone, you can obtain a stamp form from your SBK consultant.

Information on use for children

Adults and children aged 1 and above can benefit from the SBK Bonus Scheme

For children under the age of 1, there is the SBK Family-Plus program

With two-factor authentication, parents can manage the Bonus Scheme for their own children up to the age of 14 in their Meine SBK account

All insured young people aged 15 and over can use the SBK Bonus Scheme with their own Meine SBK account

Tax information

Bonus payments of up to €150 are tax-free and do not need to be reported to the tax office. This applies per insured person. Only if the bonus payments exceed €150 in the current calendar year does the excess amount need to be reported to the tax office.

Your bonus becomes tax-free if you submit a reimbursable invoice to us for the total amount of your bonus payment. This could be an invoice for eyeglass lenses or membership fees for a gym or sports club, for example.

Invoices for spectacle lenses and contact lenses to improve visual acuity

Invoices for devices for measuring and recording fitness and health status (e.g. coronavirus antibody self-tests and rapid tests, blood pressure monitor)

Invoices for fitness trackers Premium invoices for supplementary health and long-term care insurance, private accident and occupational disability insurance

Course fees for first aid courses (also for driving licenses)

Invoices for sports and fitness equipment (e.g. inline skates, balls, bicycle helmet)

Invoices for sportswear and sports shoes

Fees for (non-certified) sports, fitness and health courses, including health apps that include online courses for prevention or fitness development, massages

Private invoice for sports examinations

Private invoice for general anesthesia

Private prescription for the vaccine, also private invoice for the medical administration of the vaccine (vaccination costs)

Private invoice for mouth and nose protection
