Answers to frequently asked questions about the SBK Bonus Scheme

The SBK Bonus Scheme is integrated in the Meine SBK app. Log into Meine SBK with your password or register now.

To have full access to the SBK Bonus Scheme in Meine SBK , register your mobile device if you haven't already done so.

Confirm and collect your activities digitally in the Meine SBK app.

You can conveniently redeem your accumulated bonus credit via ‘Redeem credit’.

If you do not use a smartphone, you can obtain a form for collecting stamps from your SBK sonsultant. You can find the contact details here.

The Bonus Scheme always covers a calendar year. Please submit your evidence for the SBK Bonus Scheme by March 31 of the following year.

Under 15 years old: The bonus program can be managed through the account of the parent with whom the children are insured. Simply select the family member you want to manage in the app.

From 15 years and older: Every insured person aged 15 and above can access and use the SBK Bonus Program digitally through their own Meine SBK account.

Are you already fully registered with Meine SBK? Then it's easy: you can have your bonus paid out directly in the app.

Your bonus credit will remain valid. Our tip: Have your credit paid out regularly. Payouts of up to €150 per year are tax-free.

To view and redeem your bonus credit, you need to register your mobile device. Here is how it works

If you don’t have a registered device, you can still request your bonus payout by sending us your bank account details via the secure contact form.

For data protection reasons, your existing billing records cannot be used for the bonus scheme. That’s why we need you to provide the date of treatment and details of the medical practice or facility.
