The support of a midwife is a great help so that you can optimally prepare for the upcoming birth. You can use the ammely platform to quickly and easily find a midwife in your area free of charge. They will look after you during your pregnancy, during labour and in the postnatal period.

Ammely online midwife search – your SBK benefits

  • Support in finding a suitable midwife in your area.
  • Quick and easy online search.
  • Free of charge for SBK customers.

    • Midwife search

    With Ammely, you have the opportunity to find available midwives in your region for regular or acute personal midwife consultation. If your midwife is SBK-approved, they can charge us directly for the service they provide you. The service is then free for you.

    How to find a midwife:

  • Go to ammely.de.
  • Select ‘Betreuung’ (‘Support’) and enter your due date or the date of birth of your child.
  • Now enter your postal code to find a suitable midwife in your region.
  • Please now indicate whether you need an immediate single appointment or regular support, as well as which topics you would like consultation on.
  • In the next step, you will be shown the available midwives in your region. You can now send your desired midwife a request.
  • Afterwards, the midwife will be in touch with you and discuss the next steps with you.
