Keleya Mama App for an effective regression

Digital postnatal exercise course that is fun and promises long-lasting results

The keleya Mama app is the faithful friend and trusted advisor with midwife expertise every new mum needs on their side. Register for the app to benefit from a digital postnatal exercise and pelvic floor course featuring carefully selected yoga flows and meditations. The app also gives you access to exclusive tips from midwives and physiotherapists to give you more confidence and peace of mind as a new mum. You can even start using the app during the period immediately following childbirth.

 

Keleya online postnatal Course - Your SBK benefits:

  • You can do the exercises of the postnatal and pelvic floor course at any time in between - even with your baby.
  • The keleya Mama app is free of charge for you as an SBK customer.
  • As an extra, you get access to the midwife search platform ammely.de.
  • Your personal customer advisor will help you with any questions you may have about the service and how to use the keleya Mama app.

    • Content of the pelvic floor and postnatal exercise course

    You will learn about how your pelvic floor works and strengthen your core. You can even start this course during the period immediately following a vaginal birth or caesarean.

  • Avoid incontinence with pelvic floor exercises
  • Find out what to watch out for after a caesarean or if you have stomach separation
  • Developed by leading experts in postnatal exercise and pelvic floor training

    • How to use the keleya postnatal exercise course:

    The keleya postnatal exercise and pelvic floor course is available to all SBK customers up to six months following childbirth and is covered by SBK for 12 months after registration. You can register either via the app or on the keleya website. You will need your health insurance number, which you will find on your SBK healthcare card.

    Access via the App Store or the Google Play Store

  • Download the keleya Mama app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store.
  • Work your way through the set-up steps to tailor the app to you and confirm that you’re happy by pressing the “Save my profile” button. 
  • Then enter your email address and create a password.
  • To create your account, you must agree electronically to keleya’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. 
  • Follow the instructions in the email you receive at this point to confirm that you wish to register for the keleya Mama app.
  • You will then be able to see an overview of different preventative offers on the “Courses” tab. Select the course available to you through SBK. 
  • Then enter your personal data (first name, surname, health insurance number and date of birth) and provide your consent for this data to be passed on for invoicing purposes. 

    • Frequently asked questions:

    Yes, a separate registration via the keleya Mama app is required for the online postnatal course. The keleya birth preparation course can be found in the keleya pregnancy app, while the postnatal recovery course can be found in the Mama app.

     

    Reimbursement is not dependent on completing the entire course. You decide for yourself which modules you would like to use. However, we generally recommend that you complete the course in its entirety. This way you will have the highest benefit for your health.
