You can even start using the app during the period immediately following childbirth.

 

Content of the pelvic floor and postnatal exercise course

You will learn about how your pelvic floor works and strengthen your core. You can even start this course during the period immediately following a vaginal birth or caesarean.

How to use the keleya postnatal exercise course:

The keleya postnatal exercise and pelvic floor course is available to all SBK customers up to six months following childbirth and is covered by SBK for 12 months after registration. You can register either via the app or on the keleya website. You will need your health insurance number, which you will find on your SBK healthcare card.
