Get optimal support through e-learning elements and exercises you can take part in, both in the period immediately following childbirth and throughout the year after. You also get ideas for a healthy and active lifestyle to avoid the long-term effects of childbirth, such as incontinence or pelvic floor issues.
The online postnatal exercise course is modular. The modules are based on the contents of regular postnatal exercise courses. You can access the course modules flexibly at any time and complete the course units when you have the time. And best of all: you can do many of the exercises together with your baby.
You can take advantage of the Keleya online postnatal exercise course during the period following childbirth. Efficient exercises that are available any time and anywhere help you get back into form after giving birth and avoid potential problems in the future.
Discover the anatomical structure of your pelvic floor and how it works here. Learn simple exercises for targeted awareness of the pelvic floor. You can start with this module even in the period immediately following childbirth, but please do check with your midwife or doctor first.
In this module, you learn exercises for strengthening your pelvic floor, lower abdomen and back muscles. You should start with these exercises about six to eight weeks after a natural birth and eight to twelve weeks after a Caesarean birth. If, after a natural birth, you feel ready earlier at the four or five-week mark and your midwife or doctor gives you the all-clear, you can start this module at that point.
These exercises stabilise your abdominal muscles and work the obliques. You will also learn what diastasis recti is and how this feels.
These exercises strengthen, mobilise and stretch your back muscles in a targeted way. It allows you to maintain an upright posture and also gives you the opportunity to relax your neck, shoulders and back, relieving the strain caused by breastfeeding and carrying your baby and preventing back pain.
These exercises strengthen your balance and improve your body awareness and your coordination. They are a fun way to stabilise deep muscles and your pelvic floor. They help you be more aware of your own self and in the truest sense of the word, find more within yourself.
This module gives you workouts from the first two modules without explanations of the theory behind the movements.
This module provides an introduction to the anatomy of the pelvic floor and useful pelvic floor tips for day-to-day life with your baby.
This module gives you exciting information in the form of articles and podcasts, like helpful background information about the pelvic floor and podcasts about prenatal and postnatal depression, strengthening resilience for mothers and nutrition while breastfeeding.

How to use the Keleya online postnatal exercise course:
The Keleya online postnatal exercise course is available to all SBK customers up to six months following childbirth and is covered by SBK for 12 months after registration. You register for and log into the online postnatal exercise course on Keleya’s postnatal exercise website. You will need your health insurance number, which you will find on your SBK healthcare card.
Registration and login:
- Go to Keleya’s postnatal exercise website and select the SBK offer there.
- In the next step, enter your personal details (first name, surname, date of birth and health insurance number) and confirm that you are insured through SBK.
- You will then receive your personal voucher code. Please copy or make note of the voucher code.
- The link shown will redirect you to the page for the online postnatal exercise course.
- Register on this page by entering your personal details (first name, surname, address and email address) and your personal voucher code.
- You can then make full use of the Keleya online postnatal exercise course.
