You can contact us on the SBK Customer Hotline on
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm free of charge within Germany, or from abroad or from abroad on +49 89 444 570 90 (the call will be charged at the rates that apply in the foreign country).

Freepost envelopes are available for sending correspondence by post. Once received by our central office, all incoming post is scanned in and forwarded to your personal consultant.
The fastest and easiest way to send us your mail is to use the upload function in the Meine SBK app. Simply take photos of the documents you want to send us using the Meine SBK app and upload them. In the "My data" section, you can update your address, contact details or bank details for refunds.

You would like to receive competent advice from person to person from home or on the road? We are there for you personally via video chat on your desired date.
Do you suspect that a mistake was made during your medical treatment? In a case of a medical malpractice we support you in clarifying the facts. You can reach us free of charge within Germany on the following number:

To prevent the misuse of insured funds, we take all indications of billing fraud seriously and investigate them. If you suspect unlawful billing for services, corruption or other misconduct in the healthcare system, please let us know (in as much detail as possible). All tips and information will be treated in strict confidence and in compliance with data protection laws. You can also submit your report anonymously.
