Would you like to receive expert advice from a SBK consultant – from the comfort of your home or while out and about? Then use our new digital service: We will be happy to be there for you personally via video consultation at a time that suits you. Simply enter your preferred date and time. We will confirm your appointment request as soon as possible. If this is not possible in individual cases, you will receive alternative appointments to choose from in a timely manner.

You can find your health insurance number on your SBK healthcare card. If you do not currently have your card to hand, providing your date of birth is enough.

    • This is how an SBK video consultation works

    You can send us your consultation request via Meine SBK or the contact form. We will also be happy to take your enquiry over the phone or in a personal meeting.

    You can arrange your video consultation Monday to Thursday from 09:00 - 16:00 and on Friday from 09:00 - 15:00. To enable us to prepare for your consultation in the best possible way, we ask that you give us 24 hours' notice.

    We will confirm your appointment request as soon as possible. You will receive an appointment confirmation by e-mail from the counsellor in charge. In the e-mail you will find the dial-in data for the online meeting.

    If your appointment request is unfortunately not possible on our part, we will contact you in advance by telephone or e-mail. In this way, you can arrange an alternative appointment together with the counsellor. You will then receive another confirmation e-mail with new dial-in data.

    To start video counselling, dial in using the access data in our confirmation email. You can start the video consultation with your laptop, computer, tablet or smartphone and only need a stable internet connection. If you want to use a tablet or smartphone, you must first install the free Cisco Webex Meetings app. You can download it from the Android Play Store or the Apple App Store.

    At the beginning of the consultation, we will ask you to authenticate yourself. This is necessary to ensure your data protection. Please have your SBK healthcare card or an identification document (e.g. your identity card) ready. We will then consult you comprehensively on your request.

    If technical problems occur during the consultation and the consultation cannot continue, the SBK consultant will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
    If your internet connection breaks during the consultation, we will wait for you in the virtual meeting room for up to 15 minutes.

    To change or cancel your arranged appointment for a video consultation, please contact your SBK consultant in charge. You can reach them by phone or by e-mail. We will then confirm the new appointment or the cancellation by e-mail.
