Advice on making payments to SBK

Support for every aspect of premium payments and other payments

It is sometimes necessary for you as a customer to pay money directly to your health insurer. This is the case, for example, if you have voluntary insurance and pay your own premiums or have to make co-payments for hospital stays or travel costs. Sometimes you may also receive excess sickness benefits or nursing care payments for which you then have to reimburse your health insurer.

We are very much aware that customers are sometimes not able to immediately settle up outstanding payments. If you find yourself in such a situation, we are here to actively assist you. We are happy to advise you on how to overcome your payment difficulties. You have the following options in this regard:

  • In the event of short-term financial difficulties, we can offer you an extended payment deadline under certain circumstances.
  • We will be happy to inform you of your options outside of SBK for clearing your debts.
  • You can arrange payment in instalments with us.

A budget plan allows you to quickly gain an overview of your financial situation. If you notice that you have got into financial difficulty, it is important to seek advice at an early stage. This is because the sooner you take action, the more effectively you will regain control over your finances.
