Current information on the customer advice of SBK

Dear Customers,

The coronavirus is a challenge for us all. In the current situation, you can count on us to remain on your side. SBK is part of the health care system and we will do everything we can to assist you over the coming weeks. 

Right now that means we are making changes to our normal customer service:

We are no longer providing advice in person in our branches across the country. This is to protect our customers and employees against infection. Up-to-date information on when our branches will be open again can be found on our website at sbk.org.

We will do our best to answer all enquiries promptly. Please appreciate that at the moment this may take somewhat longer than you are used to from our normal customer service. Our focus is on dealing with matters of the highest priority such as monetary benefits and urgent medical care.

It may be that your enquiry is not dealt with by your personal consultant but by a colleague. We will continue to offer expert advice in all cases.
