Objection to the electronic patient record

You get to choose

There are two ways to object to the ePA – you decide what works for you.

1. You object to the storage of health insurance billing data in the ePA. An ePA will therefore be created for you that does not contain any billed services. You can use all additional functions and benefits of the ePA. You can find all benefits here.

2. You object to the creation of an ePA. An ePA will not be created for you at all. If in the future you decide that you would like to have an ePA, we can create one for you at any time. Please contact us for this purpose.

 

If you have already submitted an objection to the ePA, you do not need to do anything further. We have noted your objection and will not create an ePA for you. You have received the detailed and official information due to legal requirements.
