You can easily manage your data yourself in Meine SBK
You can easily update your address, contact details or bank information for reimbursements by yourself in Meine SBK. But there's much more you can do, such as requesting a new SBK healthcare card.
Change my data online
Did you move? Simply enter your new address. You don't need a new SBK healthcare card because the new address will automatically be stored on your healthcare card the next time you consult a doctor.
Leave your telephone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you easily.
If your SBK healthcare card is lost or defective, you can request a new card with just a few clicks. It is best to download your replacement certificate for the SBK healthcare card, as you can also use this as proof of insurance at the doctor's office.
The SBK healthcare card is issued with your photo. You easily upload the photo online. You can even simply take a selfie.

With a SEPA direct debit mandate, your payments to us are automatically debited from your account. You can issue various SEPA mandates for the purposes of contributions, additional payments and instalment payments.

Give your consent for online post and receive your letters digitally and on the same day. As soon as new online post arrives for you, you will be informed by e-mail and, if you wish, by push notification. You will continue to receive letters with documents that you need in the original by post. This applies, for example, to documents that need to be passed on to a doctor in the original.
To protect your personal data, some online services can only be used if they are accessed via a registered device. This is a legal requirement. Your devices are managed in the “Meine SBK account - My devices” area.
