My processes
The status of your submitted processes at a glance
In Meine SBK, you can see the status of your submitted processes and requests at a glance under My processes. It shows you on a daily basis whether your case is open, received, in process, canceled or processed. Very convenient - you save yourself the time of writing an e-mail or calling your personal SBK consultant to find out the processing status of your request.
What does which status mean?
Your processes will receive this status if your request was submitted via Meine SBK. You will be shown this status immediately after submitting a form or uploading a document or invoice. At this point, the process has not yet been received by your personal consultant.
As soon as your process has been received by your personal SBK consultant, the status will be updated to received. We will take care of your request shortly.
If this status is displayed, your request is being processed. You will receive feedback on your submitted process shortly.
If this status is displayed, we need further information from you. We will inform you directly under the status display which specific details we need from you. For example, a current photo for your SBK healthcare card, your current address or other documents.
You will receive this status when your request has been fully processed. A corresponding reply will be sent to you shortly.
If this status is displayed, your transaction has been canceled. There may be various reasons for this:
