Protected services

With the unlock code you can use almost all the services of Meine SBK. The legislator stipulates a higher level of protection for some online services. These are

  • 'Verify my address data' in Meine SBK*
  • SBK electronic patient record (ePA) app with e-prescription function

    • If you would also like to use these online services, go back to the Meine SBK app and select an alternative to the unlock code under ‘Other procedure’.

    *The ‘Verify my address data’ service is generally not relevant for you. We may only send the SBK healthcare card and a possible PIN to so-called verified/confirmed addresses. We check your address by comparing it against the population register. This is successful in almost all cases.

Only data collected on our behalf is stored in the software. Personal data is deleted from the software every 30 days at the latest. IP addresses or host names are not stored. If you take part in a survey, your answers will be analysed exclusively by SBK. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
