Upload documents

Easily submit documents online

With the upload function in Meine SBK, you can easily submit many documents online. To do this, simply take a photo of the relevant document, such as an invoice, with your smartphone and upload it to Meine SBK. Alternatively, you can also upload your documents as a file, for example as a PDF.

 

Simply manage it online

The SBK healthcare card is issued with the insured member's photo. It is very easy to upload a photo online. Even a selfie is possible.

Upload your invoices for a reimbursement request so that we can start reviewing and processing them immediately.

You can submit the following invoices via Meine SBK:

  • Medical treatment abroad
  • Bathing cure in Germany or abroad
  • Digital speech therapy
  • Nutritional counselling
  • Travel costs
  • Health classes
  • Online health classes 
  • Home help
  • Skin cancer screening
  • On-call midwife service
  • Vaccinations incl. travel vaccinations
  • Orthodontic treatment for adults
  • Orthodontic treatment for children
  • Invoices for registered reimbursement to Section 13, Para. 2 of the German Social Scurity Code, Book V (SGB V)
  • Osteopathy
  • Podiatry
  • Sports medicine examination
  • Electricity charges for medical auds (lump sum)
  • Preventive activities (SBK Familien-Plus)
  • Preventive check-ups during pregnancy 
  • Dentures
  • Co-payment receipts

    • Invoices that are not listed in this overview can be submitted by selecting “Other invoice”.

    You can also simply upload personal documents such as pension or study certificates, birth certificates or the dental bonus booklet to us.

    • You can submit documents that are not listed in this overview by selecting “Other type of document”.

  • By uploading your document, it is immediately available to us so that your request can be processed immediately.
  • If you use online post, you will receive a response to your online inquiries within a maximum of three working days.
