Award winning: First place for SBK

SBK will once again be on the podium in 2022: with an average score of 1.84, SBK is one of the leading health insurers, with 79% of customers being satisfied.

In the overall satisfaction category of the Kundenmonitor Deutschland 2022, SBK took first place with an average score of 1.84 and is thus the test winner in the sector of statutory health insurers. SBK is therefore the statutory health insurance provider with the most satisfied customers.

The results of the Kundenmonitor survey are based on statements made by some 11,111 insurants covered by statutory insurance. For the survey, individuals were asked questions about various aspects, and they indicated, for instance, how satisfied they were with their health insurance, how they viewed the price–performance ratio, whether they would recommend their health insurance and whether they would make the same choice again.

Kundenmonitor® Deutschland, published by ServiceBarometer AG, was established in 1992 as a scientific research project to provide meaningful and methodically sound figures regarding the customer orientation of individual industries.
