SBK tops the table with best customer service

For the fourth time in a row, the SBK achieved the top ranking among the health insurers in the survey. The SBK achieved a ranking of 2.09, with the average ranking among all health insurers at 2.37.
The market research institute ServiceValue collected 32,584 online customer ratings on 763 companies and named the winners in 40 different industries. The survey participants were able to rank up to 10 companies where they had had a consultation in the past 12 months. In doing so, several individual performance characteristics of the consultation were evaluated (e.g. initial contact with the consultant, willingness to help, expertise, personal benefit derived from the consultation).
