Excellent score for SBK

In 2021, for the 15th time in a row, SBK has been named one of the leading health insurers in the Kundenmonitor survey, winning first place in the ‘Image: Customer enthusiasm’ category with a score of 1.95.

With a score of 1.93 in the global satisfaction category, SBK secured fifth place, without a significant gap to first place.

The results of the Kundenmonitor survey are based on statements made by some 9,808 insurants covered by statutory insurance. For the survey, individuals were asked questions about various aspects, and they indicated, for instance, how satisfied they are with their health insurance, how they view the price–performance ratio, whether they would recommend their health insurance and whether they would make the same choice again.

Kundenmonitor® Deutschland, published by ServiceBarometer AG, was established in 1992 as a scientific research project to provide meaningful and methodically sound figures regarding the customer orientation of individual industries.
