SBK wins award for best customer service once again
The assessment was based on the opinions of more than 17,000 customers who had been asked to rate up to ten companies they had used for a specialist consultation over the past 12 months. The feedback was collected in an online survey running in March and April 2019. SBK came out on top in the health insurance category – as it did in 2018 – gaining a score of 2.01 and earning itself the best customer service award. The average score awarded to health insurers was 2.26.
Several individual elements of the specialist consultation process were assessed, including the initial contact with the specialist consultant, level of helpfulness, extent of expert knowledge and benefits personally gained from sessions.
