The results of the Kundenmonitor survey are based on statements made by some 6,900 insurants covered by statutory insurance. For the survey, individuals were asked questions about various aspects, and they indicated, for instance, how satisfied they are with their health insurance, how they view the price–performance ratio and whether they would recommend their health insurance or whether they would make the same choice again.
Kundenmonitor® Deutschland, published by ServiceBarometer AG, was established in 1992 as a scientific research project to provide meaningful and methodically sound figures regarding the customer orientation of individual industries.
