Most Popular Statutory Health Insurer of 2023
In the customer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), we achieved the highest ratings for customer satisfaction among the statutory health insurers in the survey and, as a result, have received the title “Most Popular Statutory Health Insurer” – for the seventh time in a row. This is both an affirmation and source of motivation for the future. The affirmation that you appreciate what we offer. And the motivation to keep doing our best for you and to impress you with our one-to-one consultancy.

About the survey: The online survey was based on a total of 2,413 ratings from people who are insured with a statutory health insurer. The panel survey focussed on the opinions of insured individuals regarding the categories of customer service, range of services, reliability and transparency. Willingness to recommend and customer complaints also informed the overall ranking. The individual ranking took into account any company about which at least 100 customers had expressed an opinion. This amounted to 23 out of 33 evaluated health insurers.
The result is: SBK scored particularly well in the area of range of benefits. Service and reliability were also convincing to policyholders. High willingness to recommend also contributes to the positive overall rating. It represents an affirmation of our approach and the motivation to keep giving our best and to maintain the high quality of our services. This makes it absolutely clear: When things are critical, we are one thing above all else – right by your side.
