SBK wins sustainability award 2024
Together with our partner move Up, we receive the ‘German Award for Sustainability Projects 2024’ in the category ‘Preventive Care/Prevention Services’.

We are proud to receive recognition for our project “Cooking with Henssler,”
which is offered as part of our corporate health promotion program.
Together with renowned chef Steffen Henssler, participants take part in a three-week cooking challenge where they learn how easy it is to combine health, enjoyment, and environmental awareness. The online program provides daily short videos featuring recipes and insights on nutrition and sustainability.

We have already inspired more than 10,000 employees to adopt a healthier and more sustainable diet.
The German Award for Sustainability Projects 2024 is presented by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), the news channel ntv, and the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER. It honors sustainable initiatives by companies and organizations across a wide range of sectors and approaches.
The award process began with a broad call for nominations, inviting companies and organizations with outstanding sustainability projects to apply. All 342 nominated initiatives were given access to a standardized questionnaire to evaluate the project's impact, benefits, level of innovation, relevance to current challenges, and alignment with the company’s core business and industry.
The aim of the award is to highlight sustainable efforts at all levels—whether small or large-scale—and to inspire other organizations to launch their own sustainability initiatives.
