In the customer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), we achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction among all tested statutory health insurers and were therefore honored with the award “Most Popular Statutory Health Insurance Fund” for the eighth time in a row. This recognition is both a confirmation and a motivation: confirmation that you value what we offer, and motivation to continue giving our best and inspiring you through personal, dedicated service.

How the study was conducted: A total of 2,414 evaluations were collected in an online survey from individuals insured with a statutory health insurance fund. The focus of the panel survey was on the insured members’ opinions in the categories service, benefits, reliability, and transparency. In addition, willingness to recommend and customer grievances were included in the overall assessment. In the individual evaluation, only companies with at least 100 respondents were considered. a total of 23 statutory health insurers met this criterion.

The result: SBK scored particularly well in the benefits category (1st place). Our service and transparency also impressed respondents. The survey showed an exceptionally low rate of customer complaints, while a high willingness to recommend contributed to the positive overall picture. For us, this is both confirmation and motivation. to continue delivering our best and ensuring the high quality of our services and offerings.
