Award-winning: top ranking for SBK
SBK once again made it onto the winners’ podium in 2025. With an average score of 2.01, SBK is one of Germany’s leading health insurers.

This year, SBK took second place in the overall satisfaction category of the Kundenmonitor Deutschland 2025 – 71,6% of policyholders state that they are completely or very satisfied. SBK ranked first in the sub-categories “scope of services” and “active support.”
The results of the Kundenmonitor are based on the statements of a total of 11,450 statutory and private health insurance policyholders, 9,464 of whom were statutory health insurance policyholders.
Participants in the study were asked about various aspects, including how satisfied they were with their health insurance, the individual advice received and the price–performance ratio. Another aspect was whether they would recommend their health insurer to others or choose them again.
Kundenmonitor® Deutschland, published by ServiceBarometer AG, was established in 1992 as a scientific research project to provide meaningful and methodically sound figures regarding the customer orientation of individual industries.
