Award-winning: top ranking for SBK

SBK once again made it onto the winners’ podium in 2023. With an average score of 1.88, SBK is one of Germany’s leading health insurers.

This year, SBK took second place in the overall satisfaction category of the Kundenmonitor Deutschland 2023 – 81% of policyholders state that they are completely or very satisfied. In the sub-aspect "Assessment of online services compared to the competition", SBK came in first place this year, as well as in the sub-aspect "Feeling of security".

The results of the Kundenmonitor are based on the statements of a total of 11,438 statutory and private health insurance policyholders, 9,387 of whom were statutory health insurance policyholders.

Participants in the study were asked about various aspects, including how satisfied they were with their health insurance, the individual advice received and the price–performance ratio. Another aspect was whether they would recommend their health insurer to others or choose them again.

Kundenmonitor® Deutschland, published by ServiceBarometer AG, was established in 1992 as a scientific research project to provide meaningful and methodically sound figures regarding the customer orientation of individual industries.
