SBK once again the most popular statutory health insurance fund 2025

For the eighth time in a row, the Siemens company health insurance fund has maintained its top position.
In a customer survey conducted by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), the SBK achieved the top rating for customer satisfaction among the statutory health insurers in the survey.
SBK scored particularly well with policyholders in the area of range of services (rank 1). Service and transparency were also convincing. According to the survey, the proportion of annoyances is remarkably low: Only around 15 percent of customers expressed negative experiences. There was also a high willingness to recommend the company to others.
The online survey was based on a total of 2.414 ratings from people who are insured with a statutory health insurer. The survey focused on the opinions of insured individuals regarding the categories of customer service, range of services, reliability and transparency. Willingness to recommend and customer complaints also informed the overall ranking. In the individual evaluation, all health insurance companies on which at least 100 customers had commented were taken into account. This applied to 23 statutory health insurers.
