Already using the SBK electronic health record? Then you will find all the important information about switching your Meine SBK account to the SBK Account here. There are no changes to your use of the SBK electronic health record.

The SBK electronic health record account will become the general SBK Account

We make it easy for you. Many passwords are a thing of the past. All you need is one password, the one for your SBK electronic health record. This is your access to your general SBK Account. You can use it to log into your SBK electronic health record, Meine SBK and the E-Rezept app.

To be able to use all of the online services in Meine SBK, please share your device for the Meine SBK app once.

How to share your device in Meine SBK

To be able to use all online services again, please carry out the following steps:

Open the Meine SBK app and click Register.
Click on Create account.
Confirm with ‘Yes’, as you already use the SBK electronic health record. Then click on ‘Log in’.
If you have previously logged in using biometrics, these two pages will be skipped.
Log in using your existing password for the SBK electronic health record.
Register your device for the Meine SBK app by approving it in your SBK electronic health record.
Select ‘Register my device now’ in the Meine SBK app.
You will see an overview of which devices have already been registered in which app.
Click ‘Requestapproval’ and leave the app open.
Log into the SBK electronic health record and click on Profile.
In the settings, click ‘Approve apps and devices’.
Click on ‘Approve now’.
Now switch to the already opened Meine SBK app and click on ‘Next’.
Enter the app code that you also use for the SBK electronic health record.
You will then be able to use all protected online services in Meine SBK.

: You can easily assign yourself a new app code in the SBK electronic health record app.
If you have forgotten the app code, reset your user account using the ‘Forgotten app code’ link. You can then assign yourself a new app code. To restore the user account in full, the easiest way is to identify yourself from home using your PIN/PUK for the SBK healthcare card or using the online ID function. Your data in the electronic health record will remain unaffected.

: You can easily set a new password in the SBK electronic health record app.
Click on the ‘Forgotten password’ link to set yourself a new password after entering a confirmation code. You can then log in again using your health insurance number and your new password.

: You can use the E-Rezept app provided by gematik with your SBK healthcare card and PIN. Alternatively, you can also use your new SBK Account as part of the SBK electronic health record app. To do this, use the ‘Insurance app’ authentication option in the login window of the E-Rezept app.
In future, however, it will also be possible to enter the login details for the SBK Account directly into the E-Rezept app provided by gematik.
